It's the passwords

What you need to do is the 'password recovery/fix' a lot of passwords/database stuff was stolen.

There was a problem where another website was compromised, and they cross referenced the passwords there to here to ensure security.

But, it appears there is a new more technical login issue occurring.

I was fine till I logged out my other account. Now it just crashes with a DB error.

 greasyweasel just IMed me and asked me to send you a note, apparently the problem is not about the password.

Go to the userpage of your accounts. Does it say this in pink letters?
The password for this account has been reset as a protective measure against this account being hijacked.
We have identified a user database leak from a third party website and are suspending the accounts that use the same passwords here as they were using there.
Please use the password recovery feature to reset your account password, and be sure not to put the same password as before.
In case the password recovery feature doesn't work you can also e-mail accounts@furaffinity.net, but you'll need to be able to prove the ownership of the account.

This seems to be different from the recent password issue. They're looking at it.

Yeah, its an old issue that caused that problem.
