Eating too much in general can cause chemical warfare in your stomach, my friends and i learned that the hard way during an all you can eat rib binge.

mmm ribs :) yeah thats partially why i dont eat much anymore (that and my tummy shrank) :3 being gluten intolerant means my body cant process wheat but i also cant digest fat almost at all now because of it so when i eat to much fat my stomach feels like it got hit by a truck and my whole body will ache and CRAMPS! @.@ feels like a lose lose situation to me but ill get a handle on it eventually

Yea, yesterday felt like WWX in my stomach, and the ribs were winning. But i regret nothing. You take anythibg for your cramps? Like tums or is that not something cheap over the counter drugs can help with?

i like all natural remedies when i can get them i just havent found the right thing yet. i do have ginger plum tea for nausea though :3

i agree :) although i have to be cautious even with tea. my stomach cant take sugar and fats so i have to feel somewhat ok and need to eat something before i drink tea :) (sounds a little sad when i say it XD)

Eh, it happens. Really depends on the tea, i usually stick to green, but sometimes i treat myself
