What I can offer for you:
1. Chibi - 12$ - quick work, simple coloring, 1 character only without bg. Example:

2. Fullbody - 20 to 25$, depends on difficulty. 1 character only, no bg, there can be shadows to support pose of the character but that totally depends on me. Coloring may vary, also I may get carried away. Be aware that the result may vary also because there some things I am good at and some I am bad at. I want my work to be quick and not tiring, so I could do more commissions for you! Examples:

Payment through paypal and only by invoice! Russians can pay to my debit card.

Also I tend to forget to draw small details so please tell me about important ones before we start! Those can be earring, stripes, dots, spots etc. Also don't hesitate to tell about them in the end of work! Its not difficult to add them in the end, but that would be better thing to do on the sketch stage.

And the most important: slots are taken by payment. You payed - you have the slot.
