As a 4-5 year old child i was facinated with food, and soon enough my grandmother (Lola Rudnick) and grandfather (Daniel Rudnick) began teaching me the basics of cooking and how to work my way around the kitchen. Soon after I started learning more form my mom. As I grew older i learned more and more from families from around the world. Syria, Mexico, Russia, Poland, Germany, Italy, India, china, Thailad, Japan, To name a few of the common countries. But this falls short of the many other odd nation that I have come to love the food from. One of my favorite movies to see spoofs of is "Around the world in 80 days" so why not play on that for a title. I watched the original with my family as a kid and loved it. So come join me as i take you all over the planet, exploring the very natures of global cuisine and culture together on "Around The World In 80 Plates."
