i woke up this morning to my dad in tears and found out my grand-uncle went into respratory arrest and he might die today

im sick of hurting sick of thinking its all i do i break those around me those spared are very few but the bright sun is burning and my sky shines ever blue friendship surround me im becomeing a part of you..... please break my shckles i want it to stop
