Prices & Payment
Prices are subject to change at any time, but not after a commission has been ordered.
The commission will not be started until payment is received in full.
Payment is to be made via Paypal invoice.
A full refund will be made in the event of failure to complete the commission on the artist's part.
A partial refund equivalent to what hasn't been completed will be offered in the event of cancellation by the artist due to improper conduct from the commissioner.
Otherwise the payment is almost always non-refundable.
The Artist
Retains all rights to the image.
Reserves the right to refuse or cancel + refund a commission at any point.
Will provide a sketch for approval before lining/colouring upon request.
Must alert the commissioner to anything that may delay the completion of the work.
Aims to have the commission completed within 2 weeks.
The Commissioner
Must provide reference image(s) to work from, no written descriptions. Accompanied personality descriptions are ok!
Must provide payment upfront, which is non-refundable unless at the artist's discretion.
Must communicate in and pay within a timely manner - failure to do so within 48 hours may result in you losing your slot.
Gains rights to repost the image freely and print the image for personal use, as long as visible credit is given to the artist where appropriate.
Is entitled to a maximum of 2 small revisions/changes to the artwork, unless something has been left out at the error of the artist (ie markings, accessories). Following changes will incur a surcharge of $5 each.
Must let the artist know in advance if they need the commission by a certain date, or to refrain from posting it until a certain date (ie birthdays)
Deliverables
The .PSD with working resolution and layers. 72 dpi and RGB unless otherwise is requested.
.png version of the commission, signed
For icons (ie Twitter), the resized version ready for use
