None of my relationships were mistakes, though they hurt, and felt like they were mistakes, I learned a lot from them, and I am closer to being with the woman God has for me :)

Oh sure. I have been battling it since I was a tiny kid, on account of the things that were being done to me. I am forgiving people... coping, God is helping my HUGELY with it. I swore I'd never take prescription antidepressants again and I have honestly never been happier (Without them) I take natural stuff now like St. John's Wort and L-Theanine (Theanine works the best, it's what I've been missing my entire life!)

Hey COOL! I LOVE hearing about women who choose to take the steps necessary to protect themselves. Believe me, I would love to live in a world where guns are never necessary! But... in this world they are frequently necessary!
I have carried my Glock 21 (Fullsize .45, IWB, Crossbreed Super Tuck holster, can tuck my shirt in and you never know!) every day for years.
Back in California, I did have to draw it when I was surrounded by 4 men in the middle of the desert, and one of the men was assaulting an elderly man (The guy was drunk). My back was literally to the fence, and each of the men was in a tactical position so neither of us could escape. I did not point the weapon, but I had it in my hand, and it was enough, the drunk guy cooled off. One of the men told me I was very cool headed... The truth is I don't want to hurt anyone... but if I can help others... If I can prevent loss of life, then by all means, I will do so :)
I've had training at Front Sight... Was shooting better there after a day of instruction and fifteen minutes of shooting than I have in 36 years...
