SO FRUSTRATED SIDEWAYS PHOTOS AAAGH (EDIT: Problem solved)
EDIT: Figured it out! Orientation lock was on on my phone. xP
O_____O I just tried to upload the same image three times, and every time I do, it turns out to be sideways!!! I'm so GAAAH!
I'm so very, very sorry to anyone who noticed me upload it each time. That must have been very confusing.
Does anyone know how to fix this? At first I thought it was 'cause I was uploading it from my phone. So I tried from my laptop. Same deal. I tried again by flipping it sideways so it'll flip to be right when FA flips it, but that didn't work either! It looks perfectly normal in my gallery. Hnnngggg Why is FA so awkward to use sometimes...

its only on phones. id suggest only uploading from a computer. its a glitch thats always been for the phones#:

On my second attempt I did upload it from my laptop. The problem was from my phone though, so you're right about that! I bypassed the issue by screen-capping the photo in the orientation I wanted it. Thank you for your help. :)

Ah, EXIF rotation, always fun (not). My usual tactic if I'm running into problems is to open the image in an editor on my computer (gimp, for example), rotating and resizing the image, then telling it to strip the EXIF and XMP data out.

Holy moly you're intelligent! My solution is way more barbaric! Haha! Nice going. :)

The end result's mostly the same because FA wants a tiny 1.2MP version of the photo :P
