That feeling when...

You realize that commissioners generally don't post half the work they do for you because it isn't dicks, butts, dickbutts or facesitting, and you KNOW that they don't post everybody else's either but it doesn't feel that way sometimes.

Personally, the commissions I've done I don't upload into my gallery due to my personal policy, where the person who bought the commission is the, quote-unquote, "new owner of the artwork". (Keeping in mind that they are NOT the creator of the picture, of course.) Plus, I'd rather not cause "double submitting" of the same image into the website all over again, so I find it better to give the customer rights to upload it into their gallery instead.

That makes sense, but most of the people I commission don't really have anything explicitly saying that. If that were laid out explicit beforehand then I'd be fine with that.

You should upload them yourself!

I'm probably going to do a massive art dump one of these days and do just that, after I get permissions from the artists at least, and upload everything that wasn't already uploaded somewhere else.

Could be a good change, but I say just post anyway. I've personally never had an artist be upset when I repost things I bought to my page - usually they'll be upfront if they don't want it, I'd think.

Knowing you, it's more that pages of Vikari art would flood their galleries :P

You make it sound like there's something wrong with that. >3>
