I find that making convention videos help lessen PCD. They serve as a constant reminder of the highlights I had at the con (as well as the highlights of others) .

I've never seen a real life boar, excluding video and secondhand stories.

Well, the thing is that we got a pretty big population of boars around here. The area around my town has a lot of forests and green areas. Sadly they are dwindling with time, and the boar population is growing. They just tend to move it from one place to another, looking for food. If after the night the lawns in the neighborhood are turned upside down – that means there was a bunch of them around.

They aren't usually hostile (usually) since they are pretty used to people and they tend to go wherever they want. Gates and fences don't seem to be too much problem and few people will try to stand in the way of a 300kg of furry bacon of fury.

The lady boar I saw was pretty laid back, which was kinda weird. They are infamous for being extremely hostile when they have mini-boars. Male boars are really dangerous, but female boars with piglets are even more. What they don't have in body mass they make up in sheer ferocity. And that's why I admit I was a bit nervous when I saw them that close ^^'
