March, Absent but not gone.

Just looking at the time that has gone by and wow, its been over 3 months since i was last on FA. Where the hell has time gone..
Since the FC rush the productivity in the shop is still going, just not as fast as it should be. There has been probably 8-9 suits that have been completed and shipped out, sadly most were not shown as they were kept secret or wanted to be shown by the owners first, something i can respect. It just make it look like were doing nothing around here, which sucks.
In a way it seems since the "health issue" near the end of last year my outgoing self has been more recluse and hidden, not sure why but just felt what was needed to i could try to "fix" myself. Between that and everything else that could fail has failed, it feel like the universe just has it out for me.
I still making as best progress as i can on your commissions but will be honest in saying i know its not as fast or near some of the completion times that were said. Yes this completely my fault and have no denial that ive failed in my part of the process.
As had mentioned before, for those who are in queu to get a commission and dont want to wait any longer, please Note me and i will get you refunded, i know its not fair to make you wait any longer than the time agreed upon. For those who are/want to wait, im doing my best to make them come to life and make them awesome in the process.

Speaking of my experience with my own fursuit, I applaud you to inform your customers, give them a warning of delay, apologize for it, and even offer refunds yourself. That's more than I experienced from other makers, and I appreciate that. Even if I'm currently not a customer myself :)
