Legend of Queen Opala: Origin - Episode II
8 years ago
And just like that, I'm back again to share some good news! ;D
Legend of Queen Opala: Origin - Episode II has finally been completed and is now available to the public!
If you ever tried the first episode, A LOT has changed since then...for example, you can play as a furry protagonist and the entire soundtrack is originally composed, specifically for the game! ^^
If you'd like to give it a try, here comes the download link -

(If you have problem with Mega, try using a different browser)
Enjoy, and feel free to check out my blog once in a while for updates as well!

The guide I made for playing it on Linux/Mac is updated, it now has only the part about background music because most of the RPG maker games run out of the box under the current version of WINE and you're pretty much out of luck if the game doesn't work.
Lets see, Mega likes to add stuff to Firefox and wont do it any other way, so your notice about other browsers, Opera these days is a Chrome skin and gets it no problem.
then its Rar, which is because its default on Windows? Prods around and extract it.
Copy to a similar location to Episde one, click, and it runs due to Ep 1 being already installed.
Get the speech and credit links at the beginning. And, it crashes.
Its something about the DRM crypto implementation in RPG Game maker and how the model has changed after XP.
Oh well, better get the XP laptop out and put it on there.
Happy Happy Joy Joy.

congratz on releasing it! :D
