I'd say F-List, though that place can be rather hit-and-miss. At least for me, anyhow.

Hit and miss? No kidding, I actually frequent there and the last time I tried to do TF roleplay I thought I and the other person where going to roleplay together, I do a bunch of posses to try and kick off the transformation and he assumes I'm just going to be doing it ALL. It's like going to play baseball and the whole team just watches you use the pitching machine.
