I didn't bother responding. I'd already blocked them for something unrelated because they seemed to be angling to stir up drama and I didn't feel like dealing with it. Their response to my not-replying was to post several increasingly ranty comments and then make a separate post accusing my profile of impersonating... me. XDDD

I honestly can't imagine why anyone would want to stir up trouble with you. I have been following you for, oh my god I guess around four years now, and you've consistently been one of the most humble and respectable people I've encountered through the fandom.

Eh, I'm human, and I have my moments and bad days. I do try really hard not to just attack people out of the blue, though. I think they were just looking for drama and got upset that I blocked them rather than let them pick a fight.

Heh. Had sommat similar happen recently when I created a placeholder account for one of my characters. Had a couple folks contact me, concerned that Shenanigans were Afoot. I reassured them and thanked them for their concern... :D

I rarely draw, just hire artists for commissions mostly. I remember the day I was on an art site and found several of my commissions posted without permission of me or the original artist.

I had art stolen and posted against my will, on that day I knew I had truly become a furry.

reminds me of a darksome comic short story from france,where human mutants are locked away for everyone's good. in the story, one has broken out and now flees across the country. and everytime it sleeps it dreams of waking up as a human that wakes up from a bad dream... in the end the mutant gets put down by hunters, and one of them wonders why they didn't flee facing shotguns? the other said, some smartass from the big city says they believe they are dreaming while awake, and dream of being awake while sleeping. so if it's a dream why flee?
