Wow it's been 12months since my last journal and 4 months since I last visited here. That's kinda pathetic.

I'll keep this quick:-
I've been focusing on other things this year mainly my running.
Tomorrow I'll start going through the hundreds of deviations and journals etc.
I'm going to bed now.
