So it's only been 10 years since I updated this thing and to be honest, not much has happened.

I got fit, met a wonderful woman, sprained my ankle, gave up running, got fat, bought a house, got married, grew a beard, swapped job roles, had a kid, got a bit fitter and older.

Now I'm just enjoying life. Friends have come and gone over the years, but I'm thankful for everyone in it.
