Introducing: mapstoat.com @ Anthrocon!
For those that don't know, I've been manually creating convention maps in photoshop for a few years - it's tedious, and just gives you a piece of paper print out.
It's about time to upgrade, I think.
I introduce: http://mapstoat.com
There's a lot to do before Anthrocon, and really it's far from ready - but I wanted to give a bit of a sneak-preview of what's coming.
I wish I had more time, but this entire concept only came to fruition just after BLFC! So, it's not had a whole lot of development time yet. So many features I'd love to get done before Anthrocon... we'll see what I can do!
If you want to help out in any way, please send me a note or e-mail support.2017[at]mapstoat.com - also, account creation should be coming soon. [Hopefully this weekend]
Some things I'd love some help with-
Vendors (in den or artist alley!) - If you would like to update your own info! Website, tags, notes, names, etc. Test alerts and notifications (if completed in time!)
Attendees - Test custom tags, notes, and color coding
Anyone - Provide info about vendors - website, alternative names, tags, etc.
Artists - Wanna make a logo and/or pretty image fluff? > : )
Web-designers - Help? Enough said. [Hah]
I am especially interested in trying to get as many vendors tagged as possible - such as what they will have for sale, or what they will (or won't) do in commissions, etc.
Some tag examples: fursuits/supplies, traditional commissions, digital commissions, originals for sale, prints for sale, comics, toys, sculptures, games.
Additionally some tags for commission/art/etc content (perhaps even an adult-verification for.. *ahem* kink tags)
