Accepting commissions set for September and later

Commissions are back and open!
But before you jump to claim a spot, please take a moment to read up on some details and changes. Most likely I won't be able to start working with you until September anyway, due to my waiting list which is still filled with some larger commission projects. However, please take into consideration I might always write you earlier than estimated, there are always some dropouts and reschedules.
Alright. First of all, I've had to noticeably increase the price of complex backgrounds. I've noticed that I've been spending increasingly more and more time working on them as I progress with my art, and admittedly I'd rather focus on characters with my commissions, so I had to balance things out. Complex backgrounds are more expensive, but if you choose to order them after all, I will have more time to work on them thanks to the increased price, resulting in even better outcome. However, I am honestly hoping that now the commissions will shift to more character-oriented orders. I am honestly enjoying working on them more.
(Note for people who haven't paid me yet, but already got their price estimate from me: your orders are NOT affected by this change, once you have gotten a pricing from me, for that order the old pricing still applies. Only the orders booked from this day onwards use the new pricing.)
With that being said, I have also posted a handy guide to my backgrounds, which should help you realize what is and isn't a complex background for me. First of all, I do not use a fixed amount of commission slots. I am booking you long in advance and spreading your orders evenly in time as they come, so you are simply being added to my waiting list and I am giving you a time estimate for when I should be able to begin. I do not accept payments long in advance, you will pay only once we start.
