She gets pretty angry at what she considers "bad customers". The kind that are indecisive, standing there thinking about what they want rather than knowing what they're gonna get beforehand.. stuff like that.

Her favourite is a black coffee with no gimmicks.
Her absolute favourite is the coffee she makes at home from beans she grinds herself.

It's a good system, really. Provided the questions aren't too obtuse or philosophical.

1) Ash deals with conflict head on. Like if a customer bad mouths her, she'll bad mouth back with her fairly creative insults. Her tongue is sharp and wit is quick. Change, she doesn't care much, especially if it doesn't directly affect her.

2) What it smells like.

3) Probably open a coffee shop of her own some day. Doing (one of) the things she loves most: coffee.

4) She doesn't think she has the power to change the world. However, coinciding with 3, she'd like to let the people around her have coffee that's actually good with no "gimmicky shit".
