I would like to say that maybe the reason for the Comic Book Industry Collapsing is that comics just cost too much to buy today ($3.99 upto $5.00), and that's if you can find a place to buy them without having to go online to order them, and then have to pay even more money for shipping ($6.00 upto $8.00 for each mail order). back when I was a kid, you could find comics almost everywhere, like at the store, the gas station, the news stand, and even at the library. Now the only place to can get comics is at a comic book store or an online comic shop.

You then have to take in account what you are getting for your money when you buy a comic book being made by DC and Marvel today. Back when I was a kid, you could get an 80-page comic for about $1.50 and only 5 of the pages where ads for other comics, but when you buy a comic book today, it cost $5.00 and you only get about 8 to 10 pages of comic story (most of it is just endless dialogue) and 15 pages of ads.

But that's just my thoughts on the issue, I could be wrong.
