New Pricing, Discounts, Queue, and other Updates!

Hey everyone, I've made some adjustments.
- New Prices - Prices have been adjusted. Some base prices are higher, but...
- New Discounts - I have also added a LOT more discount options, and have left myself the availability to do new sales.
(Thus the new adjustments will balance things out pretty fairly, and keep things marginally similar unless you plan on buying art without applying discounts)
- Art Queue - There is a new PERMANENT place to check on the status of your commissions and my other projects: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/24337678/
- Policies have also been updated

Though apologies if I do not get in touch for a long while. I just started my fall semester and I am taking the maximum course load while being a TA and I am preparing to apply to graduate school.
