I'm not quite dying
So I got my ultrasound and blood tests. The good news (after they bruised up both my hands digging around with needles to find a vein, and poked 3 different holes. Most traumatic blood draw I've ever had.)... I DON'T have Hepatitis. But the pains have been because my liver IS enlarged from 'Not Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease'. Treatable with diet and exercise, but the pains aren't going anywhere for a while and I can't really eat any carbs or sugar for a long LONG time...
I'm still dealing with a lot of pain, but the ultrasound didn't show anything in my gallbladder, ducts, liver, or right kidney.
My skin looks a little better (not good, but better), and I've lost at least 16 pounds in a month, so maybe in a year I'll be slimmer with better skin and no more pain. Hard to keep up hope after 11 years of this shit, but I try to.

Will be praying for you!!
oy, I hate it when that happens with the needles. It happened to me the other month when I had to get a CT and an MRI. They had me drink the shit to see your insides, and turns out it's a laxative. I was up all night shitting my brains out. Then the next morning they couldn't get a vein in anywhere for an hour because I was so dehydrated mine had all shrunk tiny. I bought the guy donuts after because I felt bad for like.... being trouble. He was trying really hard, and seemed to be having just as bad a day as I was.
Anyhoo! That is good news, yes, but you can do it, yes yes!
Anyway:
Now you know you can have and win that battle, its worth fighting for!
I hope things go better for you too.
I'm very glad to hear you'll be alright!
So overall you're still pretty healthy and have already started losing weight. 16 pounds in one month is Most impressive, don't sell yourself short on that! It's taken me almost a year to lose 20.
So you've got a little fatty liver going on, That's not that bad and completely reversible. You should be happy it's nothing serious.
Of course the pain sucks ass and the skin condition is just pure F-ing Evil.....but all considered, you're still doing pretty well.
Just stick to the diet they give you and get a little fresh air when you can and everything will be fine. *Hugs*
And I'm hoping that will help the other two things get under control, fingers crossed.
That's Great, keep it up!! *Hugs*
It very well may help everything else come back in line....I will send you All the Well Wishes I possibly can!
