Disagreement does NOT equal hate/deathwish/phobia.

Today's uncommon "common sense" lesson is:
Just because someone disagrees with you, it does not mean they HATE you.
Just because someone disagrees with someone else, does not automatically mean they hate that person, or want them dead, or are a "whatever-O-phobe", or any other absolutely asinine assumptions I have seen people throwing around lately for any number of "triggering" issues.
Seriously... Just agree to disagree, or IGNORE the thing you don't agree with.
It really is THAT simple.

The funny thing is that they ALL fail to realize what "phobia" actually means.
Someone had a perfect term for them: "Cry-Bullies".
Yeah the phobia thing is a pet peeve of mine since it means an "irrational fear" of something. Disagreeing with something is not "fearing" it.
They love their echo chambers. ^_^
It reminds me of my senile grandmother... One of those "If it is in the newspaper then it MUST be true!" Even if that newspaper was "The National Enquirer" talking about "Elvis Presley Gay Marrying Bigfoot, with the Loch Ness Monster being the priest of the wedding". She honestly believed it because it was "in the news".
That has just become "If it is on the first page results of Google or Wikipedia, it must be TRUE!"
So many freaking delusional people out there that cannot think for themselves or research something beyond one place without being plugged directly into "The Matrix".
I hope one day, dissenters from tech giants create some kind of open-source quantum internet grid with a universal search engine that is like DuckDuckGo but so popular, it will overshadow Google in general along with whatever necessities computers need to operate in accordance with their purposes. When that happens, teachers in the future will be talking about the time that we live in when tech giants used to control information to try to brainwash people because the government will not do it until they are paid by these tech giants to follow their agendas.
But yeah, I understand what you mean entirely.
Is there anything wrong with a guy who, say, wants to tattoo his entire body so it looks like he has scales, file his teeth to points, split his tongue so it's forked, among other pretty extreme body mod procedures? I certainly don't think so.
The only thing with trans people (besides the aforementioned procedures being more complicated) is that it's done for a deeper psychological and/or psychiatric reasons; they just aren't comfortable with the gender/body they were born with. And if they can be proven to be of sound mind (and being uncomfortable with being born a certain way doesn't equal crazy), then I say who the hell cares what they do with themselves? Let 'em.
Also, "taxpayers paying for [insert thing I don't like]" is, AFAIK, an oversimplification of nationalized healthcare or, well, nationalized everything.
America is an amazing country, as long as it keeps the whole liberty and freedom thing... These "all-controlling" big media companies are off their freaking rockers with how whipped up into a frenzy they are making people with their propaganda.
I hope America keeps the whole liberty and freedom thing too but more importantly, I hope someone creates some kind of universal computer system and quantum internet grid thing where you are truly able to search for unbiased information because Google is not good for searching news since they are biased hence more people use search engines like DuckDuckGo for news.
Many conservative white Americans (especially religious ones) behave as though they're a long-persecuted minority. Because they see the world through the lens of groups, they view the inclusion of (actual) minorities as their exclusion. Rightly or wrongly, they believe that an increased focus on minorities (especially immigrants) means less focus on them and their problems. Not helping matters is the fact that the Democrats are overly focused on minority issues, and have made the mistake of talking about the poor all the time as opposed to the shrinking middle class. They do care about white middle class Americans... they just wrongly ignore them when campaigning and go after minorities and poor whites which allows understandably angry middle class whites to feel left out, allowing Republicans to pour a honeyed potion in their ear.
Are you being sarcastic?!?!?
That's not PC!
*calls in the "love and tolerance Gestapo" to take you away for "re-education"*
