I dunno, it sounds like fun. Would anyone wanna date my characters? :o
Like, I don't know how to make it into an actual game (unless anyone would like to program a fat fur dating sim game, in which case I'd love to help write it!), just make it a sorta specialized choose your own story that involves user input. Like typical "choose one of three responses or decisions to make."
I'd make a strawpoll saying what the main character's personality would be like, list a bunch of different traits, and then pick the top 3 to design the main character as they dated someone and fattened up idk

All joking aside, it would take forever just to make one character. Not only do you have to draw the typical variety of emotions, but they'd have to be drawn growing plumper as you progress.
...Unless you have the main character be the one to gain weight I guess. Hrmmm...
Otherwise, I'd be happy to make it as a side project thing. ^^
