I actually use this right now, and I have to say I enjoy it for the $4 it cost me. There's a huge collection of community made wallpapers to pick from (Mostly anime ones, but there are plenty of other options too). Some backgrounds are even interactive if you care about that and have the little extra horsepower for it. Definitely enjoyed my time with it
