srsly tho, tried the usual checking of the physical connections, drivers, and making sure Windows isn't doing weird shit again?

Have you tried switching it to another USB port? I've had a problem every now and then with something going wrong with my tablet how windows distributes power or something and that would intermittently mess up the drivers until I found the arbitrarily correct USB port to use.

Also, have you tried opening up the services window and stopping and restarting the Wacom Consumer Service and Wacom Professional Service on there? That usually clears up any issue for me when it shows up, at least for a while. You'll have to close and reopen your drawing program after you do it, though.

And finally just for the sake of being thorough, are you running a lot of videos or doing any ram or cpu heavy things at the same time? Modern photoshop seems to be a ridiculous resource hog compared to earlier iterations and it gets pretty frustrating.

Ahhh, okay. the driver thing seems to have worked at least for the time being. I feel like such a derp for not trying that! I have not tried the usb thing and if this becomes a nuisance I'll give that a go.

I will say that most of my usb slots seem okay so it shouldn't be a problem to switch stuff around. The ones on my case which.. I don't use for anything important on the other hand, 3/4 of them work so it's possible things might be confused in the ol computer. :X

For your last question it hasn't been an issue in the past, though I do tend to do some cookie pruning every few days to keep ahead of it. I was resetting my drawing program a couple times a day just to keep it from happening, but again! I really appreciate the suggestions and the help, guy!
