Ended up with a much better ending than Season 3, until you think about where a lot of the characters are by the final credits.

I think I'm giving it up.

I just watched episodes 5 and 6. And, honestly, while I get how he feels about his horrible mother, his depression and inability/unwillingness to try and change hits far too close to home for me to like.

I mean is that the joke? That the whole show is about how horrible and unchanging we all are?

I'm not sure.

I just ... I don't really feel good watching it.

Had similar feelings about Silicon Valley. Eventually just realised I'm watching a show about awful people doing awful things to each other that reflect real life awful people doing real awful things to each other who are unwilling to change.

Princess Caroline is my girl, but yes the show really pulls at the heart strings.

Yeeeah, this season was particularly devastating. I'm glad this show doesn't fear going ever deeper into BoJack's shit, at least. It really seems to be building up to something. Too bad Princess Carolynn, Diane and Mr Peanutbutter are all kind of fucked right now.
