I would suggest my mate for artwork, as she has a good ratio of quality to price, but she doesn't really do hyper all that much, so I'm not sure how far that thread would lead.

Time of day does affect when I see a piece of artwork quite a bit! Since I watch so many people, usually anything posted during the work day is lost to the flood of activity here. As such I only go a couple pages deep my notifications before I nuke it all. The caveat is the weekends, since I'm off of course!

Most of the time I more thoroughly browse through submission galleries on other sites since they do not have the odd webpage loading that FA had when adding a piece to favorites. Looking through everything take that much longer!

Getting suggestions from others is always cool, but should be done for YOUR fun, not just to garner faves.

Time of day is a factor of course, and I have yet to figure out the right time to do so... Another thing related to that is during/after big conventions because people are either out at the con and not browsing, or spamming FA with all their new artwork so it won't get noticed.

Don't know if people are getting bored of certain artists and seeing tons of their stuff, but I'd wager the biggest issue is the fact that there's more users on posting more and more stuff. I think the biggest influx of views/faves is always near when it was posted. There's just so many more people on FA posting their stuff and unfortunately a lot of it is either unrelated to furry art, stream notices, adopt notices and YCH notices, it gets buried rather quickly and pushed back several pages in the span of a few minutes.

I've noticed that despite having more watchers, my own stuff has been hovering around the same amount of faves and comments constantly, if anything going down like I've seen many people mention. It's just there's so much being posted that things tend to get lost in the noise rather quickly. I don't really know what to do to counteract that, unless you post a lot of stuff all the time so people are constantly seeing your stuff and going through your gallery.

As for what I'd like to see, I just want to see more. :) Really this should be all about what YOU like and those who like the same things will find it and enjoy it too. :)

I would say, if you're having problems with accumulating views you should try and submit the most works during the weekend- usually during the 7:00-9:00pm range when you can expect the most people to be at their pcs- That's generally when I submit works myself.

If you feel that a certain artist style is causing a concern for your general crowd, i'd suggest trying out new artists- maybe there's an artist out there that people really like- but do not get enough recognition. A gallery presents itself best with variety! :D
