Except that was fucking lame and was a single, badly-designed area. This seems to be a similar idea but done properly, at least from first blush.

The way I see it is all the UBs live in their own pocket dimensions and Ultra Megalopolis seems to be its own world as well.

Put simply, Ultra Space is almost like its own multiverse.

Ok, I have several questions that are mostly critics I'm wondering, and this is kind of serious cause I practically never have a critical mind about Pokemon until now.

It's sort of Lore Breaking because in S/M Anabel was found with slight memory lapse and if you dig deep you'll find out she was the same Anabel from Emerald whose world was destroyed mentioned in ORAS, she was found near an Ultra Wormhole too, and it's says anyone who goes through for too long will slowly lose some of their memories. Like our evil mom CEO of the Aether Foundation whose memories were faded away from being in Ultra Space for too long and combined with an Ultra Beast that's essentially a parasite. So if people are actually LIVING within Ultra Space, how is it they're not losing their memories to the point where they forgotten how to do basic motor functions?

see that weird outfit they were? probably that. its also possible they have always lived in ultra space and just adapted. or it could never be brought up. any of thsoe are likely.

Couldn't it mainly be the traveling between worlds that leads to issues then if people are able to live normally in the ultra space zones?

Well, it looks like Ultra Space is made up many hub worlds.

Think about it this way: What we saw in Sun and Moon was ONLY Nihilego's world.

Another way to think about it is Ultra Space could be a kind of multiverse.

It's really starting to seem like whoever writes the plots for these games are getting more and more desperate. If Pokemon is going to continue, they should really stop and re-evaluate their formula, because they really jumped the Sharpedo in OR/AS.

I'm not being negative, I'm pointing out an observation. I've been a Pokemon fan since I was a kid, so it's not like I'm bashing the games. The gameplay has progressively gotten better and I enjoyed playing the new ones, but the endgame arc of OR/AS was kind of weird, and Sun/Moon didn't feel like it sat well with the established lore for the universe.

Don't hypocritically accuse me of being 'negative' and try to act as if you're the authority on negativity when you have 6 other comments, one of them yours by the way("And I will. I'm just so over people bitching and cherry picking this game."), and mine is the only one to have any form of antagonistic response. You openly condoned Legion_Beast's comment despite him stating that Sun/Moon to him was 'painful' as a game, therefore openly criticizing it, and there's other comments featuring profanity and harsher criticism than what I said so you don't have any ground to stand on where it comes to tearing me apart simply for pointing out an inconvenient truth about the direction of the narrative despite the games themselves as a whole having gotten significantly better from a mechanical standpoint. You're the one bringing negativity, not me, and frankly I'm somewhat disappointed that the respect I'd grown to have for you as somebody who was able to have an open-minded discussion in the past could so easily be discarded simply because you didn't like a neutral opinion. You wanted negativity, you got it. Hope you're happy.

Ah yes. Because stating first and foremost you just don't want negativity in your comments is really asking for the opposite. While also saying your not bringing negativity except for when you also say "You wanted negativity, you got it". There was nothing neautral about your first comment, it was purely saying you think the game makers are desperate and out of ideas. That isn't exactly BAD but yeah I think most people would agree that is a negative outlook on things.
