A Person who has a genetic mishap, which is fucking RARE. Like Legendary Rare. She did go to the court and wanted a 3rd form, because she had a beard but did look like a girl but genetically it wasn't sure if this person is not girl or boy. Not Vagina = girl. More like Genetic = Whatever. Since 2013 you could choose not to have a gender reading in your passport at all. The world becomes so full of bullshit that the smell will kill you.

Uh, intersex is actually a pretty common condition, and I don't blame them for wanting their own bathroom. This doesn't affect you in any way, just keep using the bathroom you normally use and ignore it. If it makes someone else feel happy or comfortable that's really all that matters. I suggest you read up on intersex, it's a lot more common than you would think!

I think it is bullshit. For that with it they would have to try to build on each floor an extra bathroom, where it isn't possible, to provide a bathroom for this oh so special gender. According law it is that each gender has to have its own bathroom. With that putting a 3rd gender in it they make it impossible for old buildings where a third room on the same floor can't be provided all the time. Specially if you have those morons who really claim to have their own bathroom. Not able just go to the male or female bathroom, despise they have a vagina or a penis. Believe me. It will be made complicated.
