Picarto has not been working for me and from asking around and searching it seems to really be on my end.
It pauses itself randomly. there's an unworkable amount of lag and has crashed my computer trying to stream.
I have work to do and I don't know a better site to stream art off of right now.
Is there a way to fix it?

But now it's not streaming. Not sure if my computer itself needs to be optimized or defragged or something. For running slowly in general.
But hard for me to say without having it directly in front of me, but I know there’s quite a bit of options within it to help the performance of it. Try YouTubing some OBS setup videos, least that helped me.
Did you try cleaned the laptop?, Did you try delete the cache memory ?, Did you try to repair or uninstall the program?
