Thank you for this comment it made me look it up and found the root of the problem. I was so lost on the internet but you lead me on the right path you're the best! Like I couldn't fix my comp but at least now I know it's because my graphics card doesn't have an updated driver for windows 10 and stupid radeon or w/e doesn't plan on making on compatible with windows 10... so I have to somehow get my comp back on windows 7. I have a product key on the bottom of my laptop but idk Microsoft said I can't download it because it was pre installed.
