I think you can file a DMCA against it. I would suggest trying to do that because the worst that'll happen is LL won't do anything after receiving the DMCA
If you need to fax but don't have a machine you can use faxzero (can send free fax or faxes for a little as $2), just make sure you save as PDF before sending!
