Health Drama

(a re post of my text update on Patreon)
For the past month and a half I've been suffering from a gradually worsening issue with my health. It always starts with a painful pressure in my esophagus and stomach leading to mild to severe difficulty breathing, and a severe anxiety almost every single night. Sometimes this leads to fainting. I am awaiting my health insurance policy to kick in around January since I was unable to qualify for a sooner date.
It's a lot like when your PC or car just decides to stop working, and you have no idea what's wrong, so it's extremely frustrating.
A quick visit to the (still expensive) local clinic was at least able to rule out my heart and lungs being the origin of the issue. Though a proper series of tests is always recommended, it at least "looks" like the problem could be related to other organs.
These last few troubling weeks have been partly why I've been so quiet for so long. I tend to have the "might get over it any day now" mentality, so I wait, and wait and wait. It's not getting better though, and I hope you guys can remain patient with me while I remain patient about my current lack of insurance. I'd love for a doctor to simply tell me what's wrong. Right now my best guess is that my stomach has decided to visit the ol heart and lungs... and it's really cramping their style every time I eat even the smallest meal, leaving me with lots of pressure and pain.
I will keep you guys updated on my situation, and will let you know whatever the doctor tells me in January. Unfortunately as a side effect of the pain and inability to breathe, I cant spend too much time working on art as it's extremely difficult to focus.
If the volume of work, and quality seems lacking recently, please know I am trying my best. I cannot afford to just give art a break during this rough time. Those of you who continue to support me: Thank you for your understanding and patience.

And hopefully, they'll find out what's wrong sooner rather than later.
Wishing you well my friend.
Don't worry about quality, just worry about quantity, don't worry and just do. Easier said than done, but it's what works when it does work. I'm a hypocrite because I never practice, but dude? You're awesome no matter which way you esteem your own art. That matter of the fact is you practice and you have the skills to show for it.
I really want to commission you one day man. One day, hopefully. You're awesome just the way I see you as you are.
Cheers'n good luck'n stuff.
Dear: RandomDude.
It is not life threatening but you should definitely speak with a physician. Usually, they require no treatment but if you have symptoms of acid reflux or regurgitation it may be an indication you have GERD or other reflux-related problems. I am on a prescription-strength acid suppressant as a result. However, a very bad hiatal hernia may require treatment. Speak to your doctor as soon as you can.
But government refuse to support your loan for the treatment course outboard.
Can't find any private hospital that willing to help.
And your health makes you hopeless to do anything on your own.
I know how shitty this world can be, but hang in there.
Don't stress yourself with work, try getting a loan from family or friend.
Get better treatment, screw money, it ain't worth your health.
Make it your top priority, the sooner the better.
If you are feeling faint then yeah its the heart. Usually. It starts with getting dizzy or weak and then if it gets that bad then yeah it can make you faint which is dangerous.
Usually its the Pulse when you see it from a Blood Pressure Meter. My mom has me drink lots of Pomegranate juice and i take a table spoon of Olive Oil and over time it helps a bit. I still get the pains but its very faint now and doesnt hurt as much and sometimes nothing at all.
Now for your stomach, your anxiety attacks is turning it into an Ulcer. You have to learn to cope and settle down, even the most rough things. Or else you just gonna keep on getting it.
The rest of the things happening, i am not sure. I am no doctor but just sharing my experience.
Best thing i do is i go sleep sitting up a bit. Not literately but at a slant so the blood can just flow a bit better. It does help. I tried sleeping flat on my side and i get the pains. I grab like 3 pillows and create this angle for my back and neck. Never let your neck lay back. It will choke you in your sleep.
You will surely see a Cardiologist. Might have to do some blood testing. I am due to seeing one Dec 5th for my thing. I have Medi-cal. All i did was sign some papers, show them proof of my earnngs if its enough or not. I get approved and im set. For out of California, its Medicare. Same deal though.
If the heart was having issues, you would feel the boom boom from the heart beat over and over.
Its usually caused by Poor Eating Habits like Fast Food and junk. Also can be from Smoking and Drinking. Can be anything really but for now i would just take natural remedies until you see a doctor which is gonna recommend you to a Cardiologist. The others things to other specialists.
Who knows, you might have Sleep Apnea. I know i do.
I appreciate the intent, but a lot of this feels like you're projecting your experience onto someone else. Medical situations vary greatly in spite of a few symptoms being similar.
Look after yourself <3
Can't say for sure if it's exactly the same, I'm no medical expert. But I hope this information will save you time and point you in the right direction.
Do you get acid reflux (mouth sick) when you get the esophageal and stomach pain?
My wife had the same symptoms before being diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder.
We spent a whole year with a gastologist investigating her with endoscopy and prescribing proton pump inhibitor tablets to reduce stomach acid. All tests were negative and we never got anywhere, just suffered and wasted time.
Eventually when we had a normal visit to the doctor, he noticed my wife was having an anxiety attack as we were waiting, stomach pain, shaking, chest pain, rapid heart rhythm etc. and diagnosed her properly, giving her anti-anxiety medication, well the same as an antidepressant.
These did help amazingly, stopped all the symptoms, but they also come with a lot of side effects, so always check this out with your doctor if you do go down that road.
This is a workaround, not a solution.
The solution is to find and treat the root cause of your anxiety if that is the case.
Notice any patterns, events or occurrence that happen before you have these manifestation of symptoms? Could be work, interacting with certain individuals, going to certain places, doing certain things or knowing you are going to be involved in something in the near future?
Good luck to you dude, whatever it may be.
