No wish list here. There is very little that I would want/need. Plus there's no room in the cozy Squirrels' Nest to store much.

The only thing I "need" is a replacement stereo receiver. It was an older Kenwood unit with a hadcover book-size heat sink in it. My elder kitty liked to nap on it 'cause it was warm. And has done so for the past 11 years. That is until a little over a week ago, when she was napping and suddenly had a hairball, puking into the vents before I knew she was having a hairball. Suffice it to say, once the "magic smoke" is released, you can't put it back. And once released, it no longer works.

Younger brother will probably produce a "new" (refurbished) unit from his repair shop for me soon. In the meantime, I've dub out the 20+ yr old boom box I usually use in the workshop.

Elder kitty is not pleased with this arrangement and doesn't understand where her warm perch went. (chuckle)
