Help me pay my cat's vet bill :(

I had to take my cat to the vet Friday. He had been acting funny and was just getting worse. I took him to the vet and they had to keep him over the weekend. He was severely dehydrated, his kidney levels were a little elevated, and his sodium levels were off the charts. I picked him up today and he is feeling much better, though he's still a bit wobbly and seems a little disoriented still. That's to be expected. They said he had something called sodium neuronarcosis or something like that. Basically sodium poisoning and it will take a bit for him to get to feeling better. I have to take him back Friday to get his levels checked again. And if they are elevated again, they they will have to do more tests and they are apparently pricey :(
Thankfully we were able to pay the bill in full with our credit card, but now I need to pay off that credit card and possibly prepare for future bills.
I might be able to do a few commissions, but right now I could really use some donations. I can do little doodles for those that donate. And of course you would have my thanks.

He's doing a lot better. I have to take him back today though for follow-up bloodwork. Once I find out those results I will post an update. Thank you so much for the journal boost. *hugs*

Sorry to hear about your kitty Sheb, hope he makes it through all that. The three we've been caring for ever since they followed us out of the back pasture are still going on strong but are such...cats. At times doing everything they can to get their little asses murdered or killed, often through pure stupidity. I'm not used to having felines so it's been a learning from scratch kinda deal. >>

Lol, yea...cats can be a pain in the butt sometimes. They want to be independent but really do need us to keep them safe. Thanks for the kind words and I hope your 3 keep doing good :)
