it is not first come first serve!!



How this will work:



-There will be a 1st and 2nd place winners.

-1st place will get a flatcolor bust chibi

-2nd will get line art of bust chibi

-you will comment with a number and reference  (3 at the most)

-i will then reply to the winners and note shortly after 

-if you have a NSFW reference please give a worning before hand.

-please do note that if you win this raffle you can not enter the next one. Its so every one gets a fare chance.
