Yeah, I know, no big loss, right? :P
But now that mostly just leaves me with Telegram as a primary means of contacting folks. Not too hard to find me on there iffens you want my mug polluting your list.

I did use Apple iChat, which was co-developed by AOL and based off of AIM
And at one point, that was owned by AOL until they sold it to Mail.ru
The first IM service I've used was Yahoo! Messenger back when i was in fifth grade. It was primarily used to talk with my dad, due to that my parents were going through divorce, and that we moved to a different state.
It wouldn't be until 2010 that I'd start using GChat, with Skype following in 2013, and then Telegram in 2017
But yeah, some of us are old fogies.
Remember ICQ here as well! Feels like an eternity ago and then started using AOL's version (software) of aim before later using a program called pidgin. These days I'm using telegram.

And yeah, I used to love AIM, and it was great for the longest time. It was one of the originals.

But yeah, I'm on Telegram all the time now too.
