I'm back on my good old laptop! ^ ^
After trying to get rid of the virus myself with the help of my friends, I decided to get in contact with my father's brother who had a lot more knowledge on how to take care of these things.. so I went over and showed him the problem, he used some recovery disks and eventually got Windows working again.
Then he let me remove all the virus scanners I had installed and then put on some of his which were better.. and so we did a scan, and eventually we found the virus, only still unable to delete it I think.. Then the Avira forum said that the latest version of Combo-fix could delete the threat and so we installed that and ran the scan.. After a reboot it found two files - which we discovered earlier and thought they were suspicious since they were both the same size and had both been added on the same date - and deleted them..
Not sure what happened next, but Windows was back to normal without any problems, so the next thing he decided to do was make a System Restore Point, since the computer said there was none.. The only problem was that Windows didn't allow me to create one.. So then he decided to overwrite Windows Vista Service Pack 1 with Service Pack 2, hoping that would take care of the problem.. Unfortunately, during the installation it got stuck at one file and wouldn't proceed.. We tried to use the bootable disks but they wouldn't work anymore.. Now every time I started the computer it would start the installation of Service Pack 2 and get stuck, getting me nowhere, since starting Windows in Safe Mode wouldn't start either..
Then it got late and I had to leave for home, leaving my computer and my password (in case he needed it to enter Windows) with him, and so I started waiting.. The next day I received an email from him telling me that he found 5 corrupted system files and that he was trying to restore/delete them, and nothing was heard from him since yesterday, when he called me to tell me my computer was ready to be picked up.
I went over, got my computer and started it. I entered my password, and poof, Windows.. Turns out he had to completely reinstall Windows because the virus could not be removed, but just located by all of the up-to-date virus scanners.. He also deleted the corrupted files, which were a few music files and some setup files I had saved on my computer..
All I had to do then was to redesign my desktop to the way it was (or close to) and reinstall all the programs.. And now I'm back :3

Unfortunately this virus was extremely new, it had several names including one that ended with ".JU" and the most recent one we could find didn't go past ".GE"

Likely why Avast and ComboFix had issues with it, I didnt think it was just a normal virus.
