I just had a not very pleasant conversation with someone who felt that the use of "dick girl", "futa" and "shemale" are acceptable descriptors of trans people, needless to say, they were blocked (this was on WoW).
I also try to actively avoid artists who use these terms.
I will not tolerate the use of trans slurs on my page, so if that's your thing, kindly fuck off. Same as you Nazi furs, you can fuck off too.
