Call me crazy, but if you are an artist, and you wait two months, do not contact people you have taken money from and when replying to a note use "I don't know when I will get to your commission", I am pretty sure that is a solid reason for a customer to use the Paypal dispute system. You are conducting a business transaction when you are being paid to provide a service, if you are regularly doing comms, please make sure you have a list of some sort and keep it updated, it saves a ton of hassle for commissioners so we don't feel in the dark. this was my first time commissioning someone on DA and will probably be my last, very disappointing.
