Makes perfect sense to me. *shrugs*
Usually, if I'm having trouble coming up with a title for anything, I wait until it's finished to name it. At least then, you already have all of the contents, and are well-familiarized with the subject matter and the direction of flow.

I usually like to have a title in hand, and use it as kind of a 'seed' for the plotline. That said, I usually agonize over what I'm going to call the silly thing more than actually writing it, so it really doesn't help me much, haha.
