Some news about the recent situation
Hello guys.
As I promised, here are some news about the recent situation that happened to my friend. I must say that I was wrong and made hasty conclusions. But I'm really glad that I was wrong.
Because of frequent cases of fraud I was extremely angry and concerned. I thought I saw the situation correctly, but I shouldn't have rushed. The problem was in the bank and the card, I didn't think that this was possible and therefore didn't foresee this. The customer responded to my friend and returned the money, explaining the whole situation. So I apologize to this person and hope that I haven't spoiled anyone's attitude towards him. Everything was resolved very peacefully and I'm happy for my friend now.
Thank you for your attention and advices! In any case, they will be useful to us in the future.

But yeah while it doesn't happen too often banks can make mistake and such, that lead to issue. It's usually due to security issues like it's the first time the user spent that large a sum of money so it was flagged up as a concern, meaning in some cases they might just get the money back for them and contact the user to see if the transaction was genuine. There's a lot more over the top, complicated factors to it that we all generally don't understand. The only reason I'm even remotely aware of it is because my brother worked as an accountant for a year, so he heard a small amount about it. but yeah its usually a security issue, a programming error, an employee mistake or just a general misunderstanding occurring. It's luckily quite rare in many countries but it does happen from time to time. I live in the UK and apparently it's a rarity over here but can still happen.
