Laptop is still broken / updates

I have been talking to this apparently legitimate shop trying to fix my laptop
The guy who came and diagnosed said the part would take 3 days to get in then he would come back and fix it then
That was February 26th.
He diagnosed it for free thankfully but since then he has ignored all my messages and when I called he said he would send me the tracking number but never did
I messaged asking for the tracking number and got ignored
I called yesterday and was told by his coworker that he got a piece of sheet metal stuck in his eye and is in the hospital now.....
His coworker again promised me the tracking number and A CALL BACK
I of course got neither
I told them that I need the laptop for work and I’m falling behind on bills and shit and they are still ignoring me
I don’t know what to do but every other place in town says 3/4 weeks for the part to come in... so if these guys don’t smarten up it will be another 4/5 weeks until I have my laptop up and running
