To my current commissioners, I'd like to severely apologize again for how long it is taking to get them completed.

Work is still hectic with the staffing problem, so work and sleep schedules are still rather wonky, and it's been leaving me pretty exhausted for a while. It's hard to find the time or motivation to really work on things with what little time there is to do so. I've been told, though, that the staffing issues and scheduling at work will be solved soon, and if so, I'll be able to be back on a more stable schedule and have the time/energy to really work on my commission queue.

I have to thank you all so much for your patience, and I hope that this all hasn't hurt your opinion of myself or my work, or dissuaded you from working with me again in the future. I will do my best to have some progress updates available to you as soon as I can.

Again, I am terribly sorry for the delay. I know a couple months or so is a long time to wait. Once things at work are stable and I can really work on your commissions, I promise to put as much effort and quality into your commissions as I can and try to give you all a little more than you had paid for.
