After another week of spending every other day at the gym I have made some significant improvements. I have managed to increase the free weights i'm using to 20 pounds for the dumbells and to 20 lbs on each side for the barbells. The weight machines have moved from being 35 pounds to 60, and I have managed to sustain a speed of 3.2 mph for 30 minutes. ^^ I've dropped my weight down to 290 pounds, at this current rate I may be at or even below 200 by years end, from there I have to make it to my true goal of around 150.
