Update!
Hey everyone!
I was surprised when that an upload last week received a number of comments referring to me being back. Someone also shouted on my timeline asking for an update, so this is it!
I never left ^^. I've just been busy.
In my personal life, things are going well. I've been settling into New York with my wife. The company Iβve been working at looks like itβs on the verge of something big, which would bring some exciting opportunities. I've also been getting back into shape; I've lost 6 kilos ^^ (just another 25 to go >.>)
In my growth animation life, things have also been going well. I think I've got something like 7 minutes of unreleased animation which I've been working on, spread across two projects. So dont think theres nothing new coming just because I've been quiet on here!
I've been working on it very consistently the past two years, and thanks to a successful patreon, I've been able to commission a lot of extra stuff for them, such as character models and environments and scores etc. There should be some stuff released this year that will be a level above what I've released to date ^^.
Just on that patreon, since a lot of people hiss at that word; it's not a paywall. I mostly share WIP content. I'll still be releasing stuff here for free once it's done, albeit at a slightly lower resolution.
My patreon is primarily for people who are willing and able to pitch in. it means that I can work on growth stuff rather than commercial contracts in my spare time, which I absolutely would be doing without it. (New York is too expensive not to). It's also allowed me to re-invest in the quality of work through commissioning other furry artists in the community that are better in their fields than me, allowing me to focus more on animation.
If you've tried to contact me on any social media platform and I haven't responded, then I'm sorry. I'm not ignoring you; so please always feel free to poke me if this happens. Besides shitposting macrofurry trash on Twitter throughout the day, I've not been on social media as often as I used to.
Also, if you are a foley artist who has some experience making sound effects and are willing to take on a commission for one of my animations, please drop me a note! Iβm currently scouting options.
So yes, that's where I am :)
Enjoy your weekends, and may your dragons grow ever larger <3

Otherwise, continue remembering to put the two of you first, and just continue on prospering!
I'm curious though, what things do you think would be difficult to tolerate? :3
Again, says I! It's overcrowded, overpriced, and all-around overhyped. Like Apple. And it's long since gone past being called the "Big Apple" for such relevance to that name.
You can easily feel free to enlighten me on its positives, though! I don't want to come off as completely grumpy here.
I do, however, think that it is unnecessarily overpriced and over-hyped though. Its not really all that functionality different from any other large city. I think a lot of it is auroa which is completely intangible and internal. Seeing the statue of liberty is a thrill the first time but it doesn't improve your life seeing it from the train every day.
I haven't personally come across any locals which seem to view NY from a position of superiority though; they do know that they are an important city, which they are, but I haven't seen that materialise into looking down on others.
It is also a dirty and grungy city, which isn't really my taste, but I can find the charm in it.
All in all there are good and bad points to anywhere you live; its up to you to make the most of the pros to it, and that's what I am doing ^^. I'm enjoying it well enough, and the longer I stay the more I am enjoying it!
Yes, every city is essentially a mixed bag of lifestyles. I'm not much for nightlife, but our downtown core has a hell of a bustling one. And then there's also, well...riff-raff in a lot of our subway lines, depending on the time of day. You embrace some things, and tune others out.
...Suddenly I've turned into an advertisement. I'll admittedly take that as a pro, you not falling victim to any shunning! I'd have blindly assumed it. None of that has happened here, either.
Tbh i could do it, i just don't know how he created the sounds the way he did, if you have anything i can work from i can totally do it.
