Wow, just wow... This is the first time my art has been copied and posted by someone else with my permission...

I was told by CookiefiedBeckish on DeviantArt that someone has stolen my art and posted as their own, when I saw it... It still had my signature on the image...

Please help me on reporting on this art thief and the drawing.
