Welcome To Oliver! Mayor Shell Says Hi!
Set in an alternate universe where semi-anthropomorphic animals have evolved intelligence (did it before Zootopia), Oliver, Georgia is a small (pop. 12,000) seaside town known for it's beautiful beaches and majestic hills. On the surface, it looks to be a quiet, scenic stop that makes for a popular tourist attraction.Though in actuality, things are a bit more exciting! Ray and his pals love going on adventures, and of course, things never turn out quite how they planned. Between Ray & Patch's experimental inventions, Zithon's mischievous shapeshifting, Grey's magical mishaps, and Shell's crazy antics as the world's youngest, and possibly most productive mayor, in Oliver, there's always fun to be had!

Oliver Town
- Oliver Public Beach -- If you like the sun, a cool breeze, waves, and palm trees, this is the place to be~- Oliver Resort -- The famous resort Oliver is known for, this is why the place is such a tourist attraction!
- The Beachhouse® Cafe & Bar -- Oliver's second-biggest tourist attraction, this 5 star Cafe located next to Oliver Public Beach has top-notch food and service, and an unbelievable (perhaps even alien~) selection that will blow your mind! It's also the meeting place
- Allie's Pub -- The locals love her, the eSports community fears her gamer-tag, that's right... It's the one-and-only Allison, famous chef and MLG champion! The pub is nice place to chill and hang out, and even enjoy some arcade games on the parlor floor.
- Oliver Biotechnical Institute (OBI) -- This well-regarded biotech institute may not be the best, or most well-funded school in the world, but it has some serious talent in attendance, including Doctor Zithon, PhD, Lucas's favorite teacher!
- Oliver Regional Park -- On the way to Applewood, you'll find the local park and nature preserve, the centerpeice of
- Suburban Zone -- Your more typical suburban housing at the southwest of Oliver, quite different from the apartment-style housing you'll find towards the beach.
- The Ruins -- In the northeast, you'll find many sites of ruins, the remnants of ancient castles and other structures. Interestingly, all made of an unusual type of glistening black stone. Here you'll also find Ray's home... Or rather castle, restored to it's former glory with the help of the mayor and townsfolk! It's a gift to Ray and his friends for the Oliver Exploration Team's brave work!

- Arton Square -- Some Oliverinians are jealous of their larger neighboring city, Arton... And Town Square is why! This place is about is bustin' as Times Square, billboards, boutiques and all!- Applewood Forest -- A beautiful, scenic forest home to much nature and well-known for it's fruitful apple and cherry trees, not to mention it's Mystery Dungeons! A large freshwater lake runs through the heart of Applewood, providing a water source for all it's inhabitants, and at the far end, you'll find the mountains.
- Dark Forest -- The Dark Forest is the deepest part of the woods, an almost mystical border between Applewood and it's neighboring forests. This place is like the Bermuda Triangle on land, and far too easy to get lost in! Even those gifted with flight can find themselves downed and lost, and many who enter don't leave quite the same... if at all. But that won't stop the OET! This forest and it's dungeons sure have their mysteries to tell.
- Native Indian Reserve -- This reserve located near Oliver is home to the Waterlily tribe, a tribe of friendly Native Indian otters who, without modern technology, use water to power their wacky and wild wooden contraptions!
- Hoof Family Farm -- A farm a few towns outside of Oliver, and home to the famous Hoof family. These ponies are hard workers, and supply food and grain to the residents of many towns and villages! Lightning longs for the days spent here, but with her new fancy job and an apartment on the beach, she's slowly getting used to the big city life.

Draderroo (Star, Lollipop) SEMI-CLOSED SPECIES (Ask for custom adopts!)A species of cute, alien Dragon-Kangaroos with a big sweet-tooth! Careful though, they're also crazy smart, and freaky lil lovecraftian beasts with more than a few hidden features. A Draderroo never misses it's prey... Unless it's part of the plan.

Tiger-Skunk Taurs (Jake & Jason, Emma & Jewel) CLOSED SPECIES
A genetically engineered hybrid species created by Leaf Biomedical, Inc. They were designed to be the ultimate solder and an anti-tank / anti-aircraft weapon. Normally they're quite docile, but if one is allowed near a tank or other weaponized vehicle, they will tear it to shreds with their unbelievably sharp titanium infused claws within seconds.

A Native Indian tribe and species of otters that can be found in the Waterlily region. They are non-binary and shift sex and eye color based on mood.

Relatively new (couple years ago) species I came up with to better explain Ray's origin story. (I'll have to finish writing it up eventually.) Neon foxes are soul-bound to a Kitsune spirit at birth due to a magical contract that spans back generations.

- NB Ash "Zip" Kāi (23 Mutant Waterlilian Otter) A freaky Waterlilian who was experimented on as a child, though also gaining teleportation powers!
- F Soda Hexpaws (31 Skunk Hextaur) A happy-go-lucky hextaur, mixologist, and assistant chef to Allie!
- FH Lightning Hoof (20 Pegasus-Chu) Works on a farm outside Oliver run by her family, most of whom are equines.

In Oliver, hermaphrodites naturally occur at a rate of 1 in 20 (5%, though the rate is only 3% worldwide). We can exude species that can't occur naturally as herms (ex. Tiger-Skunk Taurs, Waterlilians), or species that are always herms (ex. Draderroo, SPTs), making the ratio here 6 in 31 (3.9 in 20). This is rather high, but hey, I like herms!
