Agreed. Not only that, but in my opinion it is the King of the Marvel Comics vehicles. The Avengers Quinjet? SHIELD's flying cars? The X-Men's new Blackbird? You name it, the X-Men's original Blackbird based on the SR-71 still rules and I nearly squeed when I saw it in Deadpool.

Two of the local pilots I know are retired Air Force, one flew SR-71 and U-2 and the other U-2, TR-1 and TR-2. Kelly Johnson did a great job on both of their designs.
